The initial phase of the first new-build business centre development for more than a decade on the giant 160-acre Solstice Park at Amesbury is now nearly fully sold.
Just one unit remains of the first phase of 12 being developed at The Bluestone Centre by Salisbury-based Nationwide Engineering Group.
This follows the sale of Unit 5 to Intelligent Solutions in Transport Ltd as an investment property in a deal brokered by property consultancy Myddelton & Major. The quoting price was £125,000.
The unit was immediately let to Hampshire-based interiors and original oak flooring company Charlecotes on a 10-year lease. The quoting rent was £8,750 per annum.

Solstice Park, Amesbury, just nine miles north of Salisbury, has good links to the motorway network via the A303/M3 to London and to the north via the A34 to the M4 and M40.
The Bluestone Centre – named after ancient stones at nearby Stonehenge – is on Sun Rise Way, which forms part of the 160-acre mixed use park.
