Savills, on behalf of Trinity Hall, has let Suites One and Two at Bishop Bateman Court on New Park Street in Cambridge to Element Energy Ltd.
The strategic low carbon consultancy firm has agreed to a new five-year lease for the space, which combined totals 1,998 sq ft (185 sq m).
William Clarke, associate director in the business space team at Savills Cambridge, comments: “Bishop Bateman Court provides high quality office accommodation in an excellent city centre location. We are very pleased to have secured this deal on behalf of our client.”
