Cushman & Wakefield has expanded its Manchester Planning team following the appointment of Olivia Hewitt as Graduate Town Planning Consultant.
Olivia studied at Newcastle University on an RTPI and RICS accredited programme, gaining a Master of Planning (MPlan) degree. As part of her course, she completed a placement year at consultancy, WYG in Milton Keynes.
In her new role she will be directly supporting the Manchester Town Planning team in the preparation and submission of planning applications, planning appraisals, development plan and planning application representations, and general planning and strategy advice.
Olivia will report to Andy Teage, Partner and Head of Town Planning for Cushman & Wakefield’s Manchester office and joins Rhian Davitt-Jones (Senior Consultant) and Claire Pegg, who has also recently been promoted to the position of Senior Consultant.
