The squeeze on availability of small industrial units in the Peterborough area sees Alfric Square in Woodston now fully let, confirms agent Barker Storey Matthews.
The 32 units at Alfric Square are let, predominantly, to new and small businesses who occupy units which range in size from 52.48 sq m to 106.38 sq m (565 sq ft to 1,431 sq ft) and were available on flexible lease terms.
Woodston is an established industrial location south west of Peterborough city centre and household name occupiers in the area include Pedigree Petfoods, SodaStream and Christian Salvesen, among others.
Barker Storey Matthews reports that availability of small industrial units has diminished, particularly in the past two years, with only, approximately, six units smaller than 2,000 sq ft available to let in Peterborough presently.
