SHW acting jointly with JLL on behalf of Coal Pension Properties Ltd have let two units at Clarks Trading Estate in Newtown Road, Hove to TLC (Southern) Ltd.
Units 5 and 6 comprise 3,791 sq ft and 4,228 sq ft respectively and have been let on two new leases.
This leaves just Unit 3 totalling 4,233 sq ft in this refurbished scheme, following an earlier letting to Hamsey’s trading as Mattress Mart. Unit 3 is available on a new lease.
David Martin of SHW said: “These lettings reflect the continuing strong demand for modern industrial and warehouse units in Brighton and Hove with strong interest being shown in Unit 3, the last available modern unit of this size currently in the area.”
