Chartered surveyor and property consultancy, Sanderson Weatherall has further strengthened its Bristol presence with the appointment of Jo Williams to the role of partner.
Jo has been appointed as a partner and will head up Sanderson Weatherall’s building consultancy offering in Bristol and the South West, having worked previously for Cushman and Wakefield, Ridge and Partners LLP and Gleeds.
The appointment sees Jo, who has over 22 years’ experience as a building surveyor, bring with her a combination of regional and national industry knowledge that will be invaluable to the team.
Commenting on her appointment, Jo said: “I am really happy to have joined Sanderson Weatherall’s building consultancy team in Bristol. I am really looking forward to working here as I wanted the opportunity to develop the team and service offering in the South West, with the support of the wider, national business.
Jo’s areas of expertise include, but are not limited to design and contract administration, project management, compliance and acquisition advice, technical advice and expert witness work.
