Acting on behalf of a private landlord, SHW have sold the HTZ Building on Vulcan Way, New Addington to South East Bakery – a leading supplier of bakery products in South East London.
The premises were previously occupied by HTZ who have since moved to East Grinstead. The unit provides for 13,000 sq. ft. of warehousing on a 0.6 acre site.
Local occupiers include the likes of Alliance Healthcare, Centronic, G.Miccoli & Sons, Adams Aviation and Angell Welding & Fabrications to name a few.
