Exceptional demand has led to the sale of all but one unit at the first phase of Amesbury’s new Bluestone Centre.
Bluestone is first new business centre development for more than a decade on the town’s giant 160-acre Solstice Park.
The centre – designed for office, light industrial and warehouse use – is being marketed by property consultancy Myddelton & Major
Myddelton & Major Partner Dean Speer said: “The centre is being developed by Salisbury-based Nationwide Engineering Group specifically for smaller businesses, with the first phase finished this year.
“Sales on 11 out of 12 units on the first phase of development have now been completed. We now look forward to Phase 2 which is going to be ready in spring 2018.
“This is an exciting new development of high-specification units and is proving hugely successful due to a regional dearth of quality new properties. Take-up has been exceptional.
“Businesses interested in Phase 2 should not hesitate to get in touch with me on 01722 337577 to register their interest.”
The remaining 2,270-sq ft Unit 12 is available for £187,500 (rent £13, 250 per annum). It is of steel portal frame construction, has loading doors 3m wide by 5m high and a minimum eaves height of 5.8m
The Bluestone Centre is situated at Sun Rise Way and occupies an elevated position on the business park, overlooking the Solstice Park Hotel and roadside services. It can be accessed from either Meridian Way or Porton Road adjacent to the new Lovibond UK factory HQ.
