Sol Zakay’s Topland Group has acquired Oxford House in Leeds for around £5m
The 30,000 sq ft office building is home to a number of legal occupiers due to its proximity to the Leeds Courts, it is heavily multi-let and operates partly as serviced offices – which Topland will continue to operate.

Topland were represented by Ereira Mendoza, the seller by Cushman and Wakefield.
