Following a competitive tender Landmore Developments Ltd has appointed Devon Contractors to deliver 14 new industrial business units at the WestONE development at Weston Gateway Business Park in Weston-super-Mare.
This is the first speculative development of industrial business units in Weston-super-Mare this millennium. The development known as WestONE creates a real generational opportunity for local companies to grow and expand in a high quality new development, with direct access to the M5 at Junction 22.
Construction has already started on-site and units will be available for occupation from Spring 2018.
Units are available to purchase or rent and range in size from 825 sq ft, 1245 sq ft and 1870 sq ft, with a further Design and Build option of up to 7,500 sq ft. Cobux have been appointed marketing agents on the scheme.
