Global workspace provider Regus has opened a new location in Aylesbury. This latest opening further demonstrates the increased demand for flexible workspace in Aylesbury and beyond.
The centre occupies the 710 sqm ground floor of The Gatehouse, a contemporary office building located on Gatehouse Way, Aylesbury. Situated at the heart of the Thames Valley, the new centre will provide over 120 workstations. It will additionally offer a range of flexible working options including private offices, co-working space, meeting rooms and virtual office services.
Located a short distance from Aylesbury station, the new centre is easy to access via train. It also has excellent links to the M40, M1 and the M25 and so can be accessed by those travelling from the Midlands, the West and London.
Regus expects the workspace to be popular with a range of users including local businesses, remote workers, and national and international firms looking to establish a presence in the high-tech hub that the town has become.
Richard Morris, Regus UK CEO, comments: “Already home to a host of global high-tech brands, Aylesbury is a fast-growing business location. The great connections in Aylesbury make it an attractive location for firms of all sizes, especially with the fantastic value that the area offers. The new flexible Regus workspace is therefore a natural fit within the town.”
