On behalf of FI Real Estate Management, Savills jointly with Cushman & Wakefield, have been appointed to let office space at Lynch Wood Park in Peterborough.
The 350,000 sq ft (32,516 sq m) campus is set to undergo a significant refurbishment programme over the next 12 months. Additional amenities on-site will include a gym, a new restaurant and conference facilities. Already home to a number of high profile occupiers such as Tata, RSA and Kidney Research, the park has a variety of suites ranging in size from 3,000 sq ft (297 sq m) up to 50,000 sq ft (4,645 sq m) available at a starting quoting rent of £17 per sq ft (£183 per sq m).
