Chesterton Humberts have recently agreed the letting of two lock up shop premises within Wellington town centre. Unit 1 Cornhill extended to 28.46 m2 (306 ft2) plus kitchen/store and WC facilities and has been let as an art studio to a local occupier.
Unit 2 Cornhill extended to 20.11 m2 (216 ft2) plus kitchen/store and WC facilities and has been let as a barbers shop.
Stephen Richards of Chesterton Humberts comments “Both of the retail units were newly refurbished and were available to let with No. 1 available at £4,500 per annum and No. 2 at £3,500 per annum. The premises were let quickly due to their manageable sizes and rents and their location within Wellington town centre.”
