Following a comprehensive refurbishment program undertaken by developers Dunmoore, a prominent trade counter scheme in Exeter’s Marsh Barton has now been fully let.
Hennock Trade Park, a 20,000 sq ft site situated in Exeter’s premier commercial area was acquired by Dunmoore in April 2016.
RecoverFit was secured as tenants for the final available unit on 6 October 2017, and joins businesses including new tenants Karcher, as well as established businesses Crown Paints, Electric Centre and Johnstone’s Decoration Centre within the development.
Matt Greenaway from Rapleys, who acted jointly with Stratton Creber Commercial, on behalf of Dunmoore, commented:

The scheme fits in well with our expanding trade portfolio and we continue to look for similar opportunities within the market, with a further £25 million readily available for new acquisitions.”
