The UK’s leading regeneration specialist St. Modwen has secured tenancy renewal deals with three local businesses in Kirkby Town Centre.
Demonstrating its commitment to Kirkby is long-term tenant The Kirkby Family Dental Care. The 884 sq ft practice, located at 80 St. Chad’s Parade, has been operating in the town for 17 years and has agreed to continue business in the town centre for another five years.
Also renewing their tenancy with St. Modwen is Planet Sports. The 1,263 sq ft independent sports goods store will remain at 3 St. Chad’s Parade and has agreed a three-year lease. The third retailer to confirm their long-term commitment with Kirkby is Cash Generator. The discount store will continue to occupy 1,151 sq ft at 16 St. Chad’s Parade for another 15 years.
Andrew Day, Property Manager at St. Modwen, said: “Since we acquired Kirkby Town Centre in 2015, our priority has been to ensure tenants’ confidence in St. Modwen and the improvements we are making to the town centre.
“We are striving to provide tenants with the best possible office and retail space and these three renewals are testament to the work we are carrying out in the town centre. We are thrilled that The Kirkby Dental Care, Planet Sports and Cash Generator have renewed their leases and we look forward to welcoming new tenants in the future.”
