GN2, the London property agency business has been advising a new client on setting up a “Wellness” Centre in Hammersmith.
ReSource has acquired 13,239 sq ft (1,230 sq m) of space on ground, mezzanine and first floor levels at Thames Wharf, Rainville Road in West London at a rent equating to £650,000 per annum.
GN2 coordinated with planning consultants, Montague Evans to successfully secure a change of use from Hammersmith and Fulham Borough Council, so that a multifaceted venue consisting of an art gallery, artists’ studios, coffeeshop, workshop, reception area and education space could be created. ReSource’s mission is to create avenue for great ideas and collaborations through events focusing around workshops, exhibitions, performances, lectures and food, which will cater to both young and old.
