Tenzing, the private equity firm has taken 1,843 sq. ft. on the 3rd floor at Crown House, 143-147 Regent Street, W1 at £70 per sq ft, (to include service charge) and on a three year lease, with a rolling tenant-only six month break. The landlord is The Crown Estate.
PR Agency Spreckley Partners Ltd has taken on new London premises taking 1,782 sq ft, 3rd Floor 5-9 Hatton Wall, London EC1 from landlord Midos Investments at a rent of £50 per sq ft, on a new five year lease, with seven months rent free.
Dynamo PR has sublet 1676 sq ft , 4th Floor, 158-160 North Gower Street NW1 from CC Group, at a rent of £55.00 psf ( £92,180 per annum exclusive) on a new 9 month sublease. Rent to commence day one.
