GN2, the London property agency business has been spreading its wings and advising clients outside of central London.
GN2 has advised Gilroy Corporate Communications on its relocation to larger premises in Basingstoke: taking 3,881 sq ft of the Ground Floor of the Pavilion, Viewpoint, Basing View from Business Environment Group, (advised by Baker Davidson Thomas).
This is on a new 5 year lease (no breaks) at a rent of £6 per sq ft and a 8 months rent free incentive.
GN2 has also acquired new premises for Aspen Pharma in Maidenhead who have taken 3,629 sq ft, the first floor, 6 Bell Street, Maidenhead from Total Pension Trusteed UK Ltd, c/o LaSalle Investment Mgt (JLL) at a rent of £32.50 per sq ft. This is on a new 5 year lease with a tenant break in the third year, with 7.5 months rent free with a further 3.5 months rent free if break is not exercised.
