Chartered surveyor and property consultancy, Sanderson Weatherall has strengthened its Leeds team with the appointment of Colin Harrop to the role of partner.
Colin, who joins Sanderson Weatherall from Gerald Eve LLP, brings with him 20 years of experience in professional building surveying. Working in the building consultancy team, Colin’s specialisms include dilapidations, technical advice, due diligence and acquisition work. Colin has appeared in a number of publications and was recently awarded an honorary Doctorate for services to Surveying by Leeds Beckett University.
Commenting on his appointment, Colin said, “I was attracted to the role at Sanderson Weatherall as they manage to display a strong history, with a well-recognised brand name, as well as actively looking towards future growth and the new opportunities this presents.”
Working within the Leeds office, Colin will enhance the team’s existing knowledge and add to their impressive one hundred years combined experience.
Colin continued, “I look forward to getting involved with all aspects of professional building surveying work at Sanderson Weatherall as well as overseeing project work on site and ultimately helping the team to grow from strength to strength.”
