A multi award-winning chartered accountancy firm has taken on extra space within 54 Hagley Road, Edgbaston, following a period of exceptional growth.
Salhan Accountants, which currently operates from the 15th floor of the Grade A office complex, agreed a new eight-year lease for an additional 2,670 sq ft of space on the third floor of the East Wing at £18 per sq ft.
The company provides a number of accounting services including forensic accountancy, tax litigation and asset protection services covering creditors, divorce, litigation, Sharia law and high net worth persons.
Dr Anjulika Salhan, director of Salhan Accountants, said: “Salhan Accountants has been growing rapidly for some time. Our customer feedback has led to our launch of a long list of new services, which has led to a string of new client wins and subsequent appointments within the business. The firm, which already has offices in London, has been shortlisted for the Independent Firm of the Year – Wales and Midlands award.

54 Hagley Road received a £100,000 refurbishment in 2016, undertaken by landlord Opus Land, transforming its reception area and reconfiguring its on-site café and dining area.
