Typhoo Tea has taken 1,708 sq ft which is Part 1st Floor of 78 Whitfield Street, London W1 at a rent of £63.00 psf (£107,604 pax). The landord is Derwent London.
This is a new 10 year lease with a tenant break option in October 2021. The landlord has a rolling break option from October 2021 onwards on 6 months’ notice.
Typhoo were granted a 6 months’ rent free up front.
Typhoo Tea is one of most established tea companies, founded in 1903. It has recently spearheaded a new TV campaign; “Which Typhoo are you?” featuring Nigella Lawson,
its celebrated ambassador and tea lover.
