Acting on behalf of developer, Network Space, CBRE and B8 Real Estate have been instructed to market 4 speculative new-build industrial units at Mere Grange, St Helens.
Located immediately adjacent to the A570 St Helens Linkway, construction works have commenced on 4 detached industrial units ranging from 18,500 sq ft to 26,350 sq ft. Each unit will benefit from large dedicated self-contained yards, separate staff car parking and minimum 8m eaves height.
Stephen Arnold, Head of Property at Network Space commented:
“We are delighted to have commenced construction works at Mere Grange. There is a shortage of supply of good quality industrial accommodation across the region and we believe that the timing is right to bring forward this scheme. The ability to provide occupiers with modern space in such a prominent position adjacent to the St Helens Linkway, as well as with easy access to the M62 at Junction 7, sets Mere Grange apart. This project also underlines our confidence in St Helens as a location.
“We are now on-site and construction works are due to be completed by June 2018,” continued Stephen Arnold.
