On behalf of the Homes and Communities Agency (‘HCA’) CBRE has completed a number of recent lettings at Hythe Marine Park, the specialist marine estate, at Hythe on Southampton Water.
Over the last few months, three lettings at the site have included:
• Stirling Marine, which has taken 7,180 sq ft for boat manufacturing;
• Specialist industrial cleaners, Randall Industrial Services, has taken a similar unit of 8,700 sq ft and plans to relocate its headquarters from its existing site on the Hardley Industrial Estate;
• Specialist yacht builder, Green Marine, has taken an additional 2,600 sq ft to supplement its existing space occupied about 18 months ago; and
• Specialist boat painting company Super Yacht Solutions has taken office space as its south coast base.

In addition significant boat repair and refurbishment work is taking place in the largest shed on site where super yacht repairer, Solent Refit continues to expand its operation.”
