Kent law firm Furley Page has expanded its highly-regarded commercial team by appointing solicitor Jamie Bourne. Jamie worked at a regional Kent firm before joining Furley Page, which is top ranked by Chambers UK and recommended by The Legal 500.
Jamie acts for businesses as well as entrepreneurs, providing expert advice on a range of issues such as company acquisitions and disposals, commercial contracts, standard terms and conditions and shareholder agreements. At Furley Page, Jamie will work alongside Susan Jennings, Partner and Head of Corporate, whose expertise has won her personal praise from Chambers UK.

Jamie graduated from the University of Birmingham in 2011 with an Honours degree in Law before studying his Legal Practice Course at The College of Law (now the University of Law) in Bristol. He is a member of the Law Society.
