The new state of the art headquarters for PKF Cooper Parry in the West Midlands will take centre stage during a presentation and tour of the building at an event hosted by the British Council for Offices (BCO).
The BCO NextGen Midlands and East Anglia committee has organised the talk and tour at the accountancy firm’s new HQ at Solihull’s Blythe Valley Park, which will also include an asset update from landlords IM Properties on delivering the Blythe Valley Masterplan and an insight into running the premier business park.
Accountancy firm PKF Cooper Parry announced it was taking space at the business park in January. Key speakers will feature Lewis Payne, development director at IM Properties, Sarah Layzell, senior HR business partner at PKF Cooper Parry and Claire Ratcliffe, head of design at Paragon Interiors, who led design and fit out of the project. The event will take place on Friday, October 13, from 8am.
Theo Holmes, of CBRE and the Nextgen committee of the Midlands and East Anglia BCO, said: “Blythe Valley Park is a world class site, home to market leading occupiers. Located within breathtaking parkland, it is a wonderful place to work and is a huge asset to the West Midlands.
“PKF’s new HQ is stunning, and will prove to be inspirational for those attending this event which will provide a fascinating insight into how Blythe Valley Park came to be, how it operates and what the future holds for the park and the surrounding areas.”
Sarah Layzell will speak about why Blythe Valley was selected as PKF’s preferred location. Claire Ratcliffe will discuss the unique working environment the park provides, while Lewis Payne will provide an informative update on IM Properties’ vision of its future. IM Properties acquired the 260-acre park for around £125 million.
