Daniel Knowles has also joined the team as a surveyor.  Daniel has 12 years’ property experience and has worked primarily across Yorkshire in property lettings and sales.

Paul Curson, director of JLL’s property and asset management team in Leeds, said: “After 22 years with JLL, I’ve seen the business go from strength to strength and the quality and quantity of the assets under our management increase significantly. It is a very exciting time to be taking on this role and to be working with such an experienced and dedicated team of professionals.”

The team manages commercial property assets on behalf of pension funds and investment and property companies and is currently responsible for over nearly 200 properties and 1,300 tenants across Yorkshire and the North East.

Jeff Pearey, head of JLL’s Yorkshire and North East region, added: “Paul has played a key part in driving growth in our property management business and his experience made him the clear choice to lead the team for the region.”
