Leading Midlands based commercial developer, Trebor Developments LLP, has been recognised as delivering outstanding industrial premises, having been awarded at the Industrial Agents Society (IAS) National Awards 2017 Best Project under 250,000 sq ft for their Popes Lane, Oldbury, development, being developed on behalf of Steel and Alloy Processing Limited.
Trebor Developments LLP were nominated for two industrial categories at the National Awards, best industrial scheme under 75,000 sq ft and under 250,000 sq ft. Against fierce competition nationally from developers, Trebor were successful in winning the award for the best scheme in the category under 250,000 sqft.
