Firstly Unit 9, a two storey office building totalling 421 sq ft, has been let to Mims Davies MP
Unit 17 was let to local firm of solicitors David Ebert LLP and most recently, Unit 20 has been let to RST Hampshire Limited. Both are modern open plan first floor offices of approximately 2,335 sq ft & 1,543 sq ft respectively.
