Following a run of new lettings M&G Real Estate has now fully let its Culver Square shopping centre in the historic market town of Colchester. Three new deals have been agreed with leading retailers including Flying Tiger Copenhagen, Hotel Chocolat and The Fragrance Shop.
Global Danish design retailer, Flying Tiger, and British chocolatier and cocoa grower, Hotel Chocolate will occupy a 2,779 sq ft and a 1,893 sq ft respectively – both on 10-year leases. The Fragrance Shop has taken a 576 sq ft store on a 5-year lease. The town centre provides over 1 million sq ft of retail accommodation, of which close to a third is accounted for by Culver Square.
