The Liverpool office at CBRE has appointed Rebecca Ashall as Assistant Surveyor within its Office Agency team. Rebecca has been appointed to provide additional support on a number of instructions currently in progress by the team.
Rebecca is a management graduate from the University of Liverpool who has also participated in a graduate training programme with a leading high street retailer. Following a period of work experience, CBRE is pleased to confirm a permanent position for Rebecca within the expanding department.
Rebecca joins to work alongside Director, Neil Kirkham and Associate Director, Andy Byrne, to support the busy Office Agency team on current high profile instructions in the City such as 4 St Paul’s Square, 20 Chapel Street, Royal Liver Building, Liverpool Innovation Park and Liverpool Waters.
In addition, Rebecca will be involved in a wealth of tenant acquisition work, including Sportpesa, Alder Hey and Regus.
