Leading Midlands’s commercial developer, Trebor Developments, in conjunction with funding partner Aviva Investors Pensions Limited, have let the speculative “Apollo” industrial building, on the Advanced Manufacturing Hub, located close to Birmingham City Centre, adjacent the A38 Aston Expressway, to Salts Healthcare Limited.
Salts Healthcare is a well-known local manufacturing company which is believed to be one of the oldest in Birmingham and one of the oldest family businesses in the country, dating back to 1701. As part of future expansion it will be relocating its high tech and innovative manufacturing and assembly operations to supplement other premises it operates in the Birmingham area.
The letting comes following strong interest from a range of potential occupiers and has been achieved within 6 months of the building’s completion on site.
