Steelwork for six speculatively-built office buildings is being erected at Denby Hall Business Park in Derbyshire.
The New Winnings Court development is the latest scheme to be brought forward by Garner Holdings at the high quality, accessible business park to the north of Derby.
The high-specification buildings will range from 1,944 sq ft to 4,346 sq ft and include raised floors, air conditioning and generous car parking, and are available to rent or buy.
Andrew Groves, Director at Harris Lamb, is marketing the scheme alongside Commercial Property Partners, and, reported strong levels of interest from potential tenants and buyers off plan, adding that with one building in solicitors’ hands, enquiries are now surging as construction at the site advances.
Andrew said: “We are delighted to be promoting this scheme on behalf of Garner Holdings. Our client’s decision to speculatively build on the site was an encouraging boost for the region, where there is a shortage of good quality stock following a 10 year period seeing no speculative development, and it’s fantastic to see the steelwork going up to bring the completed park closer to fruition.”
Roger Hartshorn, managing director of Garner Holdings, said: “Following our acquisition of the land at Denby Hall at the end of 2016, we are delighted that work is on schedule to deliver this office scheme at the entrance to the business park at the beginning of next year.
“We are committed to delivering high quality industrial and office space on the park, and we are very much open for business and look forward to announcing further deals at New Winnings Court in the coming months.”
The development is expected to be completed for occupation in early 2018.
