Underwoods are delighted to announce that they have secured a new 5 – 7 year major contract with the Borough Council of Wellingborough to strategically manage the Councils substantial portfolio of commercial properties which includes industrial estates, retail shops and offices, land and development opportunities. Underwoods were involved in a competitive tender process over several months involving the scrutiny of the firms business and its ability to manage such a large contract efficiently and to optimise income for the Council to the benefit of its rates payers.
The contract also includes the facilities management of all the council’s investment properties which further enhances Underwoods reputation as one of the East Midlands leading firm of Commercial Property Surveyors.
