Commercial property specialists Bulleys have been appointed to manage a south Birmingham industrial estate.
Wynford Industrial Estate in Acocks Green, comprises 21 units and nearly 60,000 sq ft.
The complex was recently sold at auction and purchased by private investors for an undisclosed sum.
Steve Perriton, partner with the firm, which has offices in Wolverhampton, Oldbury and Telford, said: “It is an established multi-let industrial estate on a site of just over three acres.
“It is in a good location with easy access to both the motorway network and Birmingham Airport.
“We are looking forward to working on the estate as an active management operation to improve and enhance it. There is considerable potential there.”
The estate currently attracts gross rents of £151,650 per annum.
