Facelift at 1 Redcliff Street

A major refurbishment of the iconic Bristol city centre office tower 1 Redcliff Street has been completed.

The £350,000 programme included refurbishing to Grade A standard more than 42,000 sq ft of office space on the mezzanine, first floor and south west wing.  The work involved fitting raised floors, suspended ceilings, the latest LG7 lighting and air conditioning.

New lifts have also been added and ground floor lift lobbies upgraded.

CBRE and Colliers International are joint letting agent for the 140,000 sq ft 1 Redcliff Street building, which is owned by Scottish Widows Investment Partnership – Real Estate.  Phil Morton of CBRE said: “1 Redcliff Street is one of the city’s best-known office buildings and this refurbishment now makes it even more attractive to occupiers.”

The office accommodation is available in sizes from 3,569 sq ft to 34,491 sq ft at a quoting rent of £18.50 per sq ft.
