Mike Irvine, Partner at Montagu Evans comments, “No2 Castle Terrace was highly sought after from day one.
“These kind of finishes sets the property apart from other available office space whilst also encouraging the use of Edinburgh’s fantastic public transport links. The building creates a space that suits occupier’s needs within the current market and the success of these leases has reiterated the need for such a development”
Howard Crawshaw, Director at Knight Property Group comments, “We’re delighted that Michael Page and Wipro Digital have chosen No2 Castle Terrace for their Edinburgh office.
