The Bristol office of national property consultancy Lambert Smith Hampton (LSH) has boosted its office advisory division with the appointment of a new graduate surveyor.
Chris Andrews joins LSH from US multinational Berkshire Hathaway, where he worked as a junior broker in the firm’s residential agency arm in Nantucket, Massachusetts, matching high net worth clients with suitable properties.
A masters graduate in Real Estate Investment from Heriot Watt University in Edinburgh, Chris will be working across both the office advisory and capital markets teams in Bristol, and is the latest member of staff to be recruited by LSH’s Bristol office following recent surveyor appointments by its Building Consultancy and Real Estate Advisory teams.
Commenting, Chris said he was excited at the prospect of developing his career at LSH: “Joining a company the size of Lambert Smith Hampton gives me plenty of opportunities to extend my experience and undertake a wide variety of client projects,” he said.
“In particular, I am looking forward to working with a highly experienced team and expanding my knowledge of the south west’s commercial property market.”
