Commercial property specialists Bulleys have recruited Joseph Scott as a general practice surveyor.
From Wolverhampton, he has two years’ experience in commercial property including valuations, lease renewals and landlord and tenant law.
He has a degree in history from Leeds Beckett University and a Masters in real estate management from Birmingham City University, and is studying for the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors’ Assessment of Professional Competence (APC) exam.
He said: “I am delighted to be working for a local company with a vast knowledge of the local and regional market.
“The opportunity to take my APC at a company with an excellent pass rate and training appealed to me greatly.”
Bulleys partner Steven Perriton welcomed Mr Scott whose duties include dealing with service charges, lease renewals, valuation reports and site visits.
He said: “Joseph is a talented individual who has exhibited a determination to make his mark in the commercial property world.
“I am sure he will prove a significant asset to the practice.”
