Kilpatrick & Co have announced the successful letting of a unit of 1,987 sq ft at Delta 700, Swindon, to the well-known Tanwood School Ltd. Tanwood are held in high esteem in the town, its association goes back to 1944 when Mollie Tanner established the dance school which is now under the directorship of her daughter, Pollyann. Tanwood use their wealth of expertise to provide teaching and training in all aspects of performing arts including all styles of dance, singing and acting. The school caters for ages from 2 – 75 years of age either for those pursuing a career or for pure leisure/enjoyment. It operates seven days a week with evening classes and full time courses.
Tanwood’s new home at Delta 700, situated on the popular Delta Business Park offers the school an ideal working studio environment with client and customer car parking, amenities such as The Campanile Hotel, the newly opened KFC and Sainsburys all close by with still easy access in to Swindon town centre. Units 701/02 had been previously been a dance studio and had excellent space, light and adaptability to accommodate the instruction of dance teaching, workshops and performances.
