National property consultancy Sanderson Weatherall has appointed Jon Klass as partner at its London office.
Jon has over 20 years’ experience working in the real estate industry and joins the firm following six and half years as an associate director at M J Mapp, the UK’s leading specialists in property and asset management. He will focus on managing the firm’s property and asset management services in London, as well as developing the team’s nationwide growth.
Commenting on his appointment, Jon said, “I am delighted to be joining Sanderson Weatherall’s London office and I’m looking forward to establishing the property and asset management offering. The firm has a long history of delivering property and asset management services across the country and I’m excited to build on their existing client base in London.”

The firm’s property and asset management team comprises of 30 surveyors, facilities managers, caretakers and accounts professionals, who work across its network of nine UK offices.
