The UK’s leading regeneration specialist, St. Modwen, has let a further two units at Stonebridge Business Park in Liverpool, following that of Auto Glass in April.
The Wheel Specialist, the UK’s leading alloy wheel repair, refurbishment and customization specialist, has taken two units totaling 4,499 sq ft on a 10-year lease.
With the latest addition to the business park, it means that three of the five high quality units, comprising 15,667 sq ft of commercial accommodation, have been let.
Units 4 and 6, both 3,350 sq ft, are the remaining two units and are both currently under offer.

St. Modwen has also recently finished the development of an additional 63,657 sq ft of speculative warehouse accommodation at Stonebridge across four detached units.
Stonebridge Business Park is a 30-acre development comprising industrial and office accommodation. The site is conveniently located on Sugarbrook Drive with direct access to the A580, only one mile from junction 4 of the M57 and just 6 miles from the City Centre.
