Mint Velvet, advised by Savills, has acquired a new head office at St John’s Place, on Easton Street, High Wycombe from Columbia Threadneedle.
The High Wycombe based women’s fashion retailer has agreed to a new 10-year lease for 16,184 sq ft (1,503 sq m) set across the lower ground, ground and first floor of the four storey office building. Mint Velvet agreed to pay a headline rent of £25.50 per sq ft (£274 per sq m) for the newly refurbished building.
