The last remaining unit at the new Blandford Trade Park has been snapped up by growing motor parts business Motor Parts Direct.
The quoting price for the 2,599 sq ft two-floor premises was £295,000.
Myddelton & Major Partner Dean Speer said: “This latest sale means that the very popular Blandford Trade Park development by the Glenmore Group is fully occupied.
“However, there is general industrial, warehouse and office space still available in Blocks E & F at the adjacent Glenmore Business Park, the final phase of the development on the outskirts of the Dorset town.
Motor Parts Direct, supplier of quality car parts to the independent garage industry was founded in Kettering in 2000 and has since gone from strength to strength.
The business expects to become the UK’s largest independent such dealer this year and already has more than 1,300 employees.
Blandford Trade Park is a new development of industrial/warehouse units strategically located fronting Shaftesbury Lane, which has direct access to the A350 Blandford bypass and the A354 Salisbury Road.
The joint agents for the scheme are Myddelton & Major, Goadsby and Symonds & Sampson.
