PATRIZIA UK, manager of Winnersh Triangle, has announced a brace of recent lettings to international technology companies at its award-winning business park near Reading.
Bilfinger and Sugatsune are the latest international names to join Winnersh Triangle’s thriving technology community.
The two companies decision to relocate to Winnersh Triangle represents PATRIZIA UKs long-standing commitment to provide both high quality space and an innovative environment for technology companies at the park.
Japanese industrial hardware and components supplier / developer Sugatsune will move into just under 9,500 sq ft at 635 Wharfedale Road and leading German international engineering and services provider Bilfinger has taken 7,900 sq ft at 675 Eskdale Road.
