National property consultancy Sanderson Weatherall, and its Regional Agent Partnership (RAP), has been appointed as a supplier on the Crown Commercial Service’s (CCS) National Estates Professional Services Framework.
The four year framework was awarded to Sanderson Weatherall following a successful tender process, securing their position as lead contractor to the Regional Agent Partnership (RAP), which includes five other award winning property firms, for a second successive period.
RAP has a combined turnover over £45 million and more than 700 chartered surveyors nationwide, and comprises of property firms Sanderson Weatherall, Alder King, Ryden, Harris Lamb, Budworth Hardcastle and Lisney. The RAP also has support from Amec Foster Wheeler Environment & Infrastructure UK Limited to provide specialist environmental, engineering and sustainability technical services across the UK.
The appointment means the group are able to provide a full range of professional services to all UK public sector bodies, including central government departments and their agencies, non-departmental government bodies, NHS bodies, local authorities and registered charities.

The framework award comes following a series of successful public sector contract wins for Sanderson Weatherall, including appointments by Cheshire East Council, Westminster Council, Home Group, Wakefield Council and South Tyneside Council.
