Property advisor JLL has promoted 15 consultants and appointed two new recruits to its Manchester team.
The promotions range from senior surveyor to national director level and span JLL’s office agency, industrial & logistics, property asset management, valuation, residential and building & construction teams.
Andrew Lynn has been made a national director in the business, following his promotion to lead the North West industrial and logistics team in January 2017.
Six employees have stepped up to become local directors: Robert Critchley in the Building and Construction team, James Devany in office agency, Paul Murray in Property & Asset Management, Richard Broddle in Valuation, and Robert Hogarth and Lynsey Smith in the residential team.
A further six have been promoted to associate director including Ollie Broadbent, Gareth Davies, Building and Construction; Andrew Rands, Office Agency; Bernadette Broderick, Planning; Mabel Pearey, Residential Valuation; and Chris Stott, Valuation.
Robert Kos and George Oakey have also advanced to become senior surveyors in the residential, and industrial and logistics teams respectively.
In addition to the promotions, the North West team has made two new appointments. Jenny Hanna has joined the Residential Valuation team as associate director, transferring from JLL’s Dubai office while Matt Francis has joined the Property and Asset Management team as surveying executive from residential property management company Atkinsons Estates.

The promotions are part of 187 promotions across JLL’s UK business. JLL employs around 175 in the North West.
