Apex Dental have been delivering high quality dental care to the local community for the last 17 years. An impending lease expiry, a desire to improve the access, layout and configuration of their dental practice, were Apex’s motivations for the move.

After sufficiently airing in the open market, a sale was agreed to Apex Dental, subject to a change of use from A1 to A1/D1. Planning consent has since been given.
