Global workspace provider Regus has announced plans to open a new Leeds business centre, bringing its footprint in the city to five locations.
The centre, which is due to open later this year, will occupy the 18th and 19th floors (948 sq m) of The Pinnacle, one of the city’s most iconic buildings.
Over 150 workstations and a range of flexible working options will be available. This will include co-working space, several offices of varying sizes, Virtual Office services and meeting room facilities.
Regus expects the facility to be popular with a wide range of users including local small businesses, start-ups and remote workers as well as national firms opening satellite offices and global businesses establishing a footprint in the local area.
The Pinnacle benefits from a central location, and is close to numerous shops, restaurants and bars and located just six minutes’ walk from Leeds Central Station and half an hour’s drive from Leeds Bradford International Airport.
Richard Morris, UK CEO, Regus, comments: “Sandwiched between the business and shopping districts of Leeds, the Pinnacle places any size of business in a peak, strategic position in the city. As such, it’s the perfect fit for our flexible workspace proposition which appeals to businesses of all sizes.”
“We know that more and more professionals in Leeds are working flexibly and we are opening a new centre here in response to increased demand for workspace on flexible terms, to fit in with this new way of working.”
