Local agents Burston Cook, together with national agents Colliers International, have recently been successful in securing Multi Alarm Systems as a tenant for Beaufort Office Park in Almondsbury.
Finola Ingham from Burston Cook comments: “Buckingham Court is a popular business park and one of its key advantages, when compared with city centre alternatives, is the excellent parking ratio”.
James Preece from Colliers International Bristol office also commented “The landlord continued the programme of refurbishment and following a successful marketing campaign has secured two new tenants to Beaufort Office Park this year”.
The business park is now fully let, however, Burston Cook and Colliers will shortly be bringing to the market next month, a self-contained office on the park of approximately 1,500 sq ft.
