Avonside Industrial Park in Bristol is now fully occupied after commercial property specialist Colliers International brokered the letting of Unit 6 to leading independent paper merchant Premier Paper.
The semi-detached 15,876 sq ft unit has been leased for 10 years with a five-year break. It comprises warehouse/distribution space with integral offices on the ground and first floors, plus a large secure yard to the rear and separate car parking to the front.
Tom Watkins, senior surveyor in the Industrial & Logistics team at Colliers International in Bristol, said: “We were recently brought in to Avonside Industrial Park and quickly succeeded in achieving the quoting rent for Unit 6, which has undergone extensive refurbishments including a new roof.
“This unit provides an excellent match for Premier Paper, which already has a presence locally but is looking to expand.
“Unit 6 was the last remaining space at Avonside following the letting earlier this year of Unit 12 to independent ambulance provider E-Zec Medical.
“The market is experiencing a continued dearth of existing stock, and vacancy rates are now at an all time low, with more and more industrial estates reaching full capacity.”
Avonside Industrial Park, a well-established industrial estate just off Feeder Road in St Phillips, was jointly marketed by Colliers International and Cushman & Wakefield on behalf of the landlord. Premier Paper was unrepresented.
